We don't have an exchange service, however you can re-order the item you would like it replaced with and return the item you don't want to us.
We have a 31 day returns policy, simply return the form included with your package along with any item from your order in original condition (with tags attached) for a refund.
If your item is customized/personalized, please check the description of the item as it will confirm if this item is returnable and/or contact customer service directly before returning.
Once returns are processed, the credit may take approximately 3 to 10 business days to appear on the original form of payment depending on your financial institution.
