Due to Real Madrid Club's Personalisation Policy, we're unable to customize/personalise shirts with some names or specific number combinations. During the online checkout process, enter the personalization details, if it is not available an error message will be displayed. Sorry if the option / combination you want to print is unavailable. 


Customised jerseys (this includes adding badges) have an additional production time of 3 to 4 working days in addition to the shipping option chosen. Additionally, these orders are final, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned. Please note during busy times processing can take longer, note this is in addition to ship delivery timeframes.

  • How to Order: Customisation options are available on the product page. Select the product, choose the available options, and then add the item to your cart.
  • Important Considerations: Due to the specific processing requirements for personalised orders, changes or cancellations are not possible once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your spelling and selections carefully before confirming your order.
  • Player numbers are subject to change: The player numbers are subject to change until the closing of the transfer window. Customized shirt returns are not allowed after such a change. See terms and conditions here.
  • Name &/or Number Limitations: There may be restrictions on particular names &/or number combinations


Processing and Shipping:

  • Extended Processing Times: Customised items require additional time to produce, resulting in extended processing times. This will be clearly noted on the product page. Typically, expect up to 4 workings days beyond the standard processing time.
  • Delay in Shipping: If your order contains multiple items, your entire order will be sent once your personalised/customised item has been processed.
  • Shipping: Once your custom item is ready, it will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout. Standard shipping rates apply.


Returns and Exchanges:

  • Limited Returns: Due to their personalised nature, customised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there are defects in the product's material or workmanship, see how to return a faulty item.
