Order Tracking Link:

As soon as your order has been processed, you'll receive a shipping notification email which includes an order tracking link. This link is automatically updated and provides you with the latest status information for each item.

If the courier partner is ASENDIA you can use their website for updates using your tracking ID: Asendia.com.

It is not possible to make changes once your order has been confirmed. 

Processing Times:

Processing times are in addition to the estimated delivery times and may vary, particularly during busy periods, see How Long Does Delivery Take for more details.

Ship Tracking Information:

  • Customs Handling: Orders may be delayed due to customs processing, especially for international shipments. For more information on customs and import taxes, click here:  Customs and Taxes for International Orders.
  • Shipment Delays: During busy periods such as holidays, delays may occur.
  • Tracking Information Not Updating: After your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your order details and tracking link. Occasionally, tracking details may take up to 24 business hours for the information to be updated by our carrier. If the item appears to be lost, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you're missing an item, check the order packing slip you received. You may receive items in multiple shipments. Special order items ship from a third-party vendor and may take 1-6 weeks to ship. Please check your shipping notification email for the order details.

Lost or Missing Package:

Typically, packages will be found or appear within 24 hours of the estimated delivery time. However, occasional issues may arise, see here for support
