As per the Real Madrid Returns policyyou can return your items within 31 calendar days of your receipt of the order (see policy for full details).

We do not offer exchanges at this time, to return any unwanted items due to change of mindplease see below.  

 

  • Items must be returned in a new and unused condition with all tags attached. 
  • If you are exercising your right to change your mind, you will have to return the items at your own costincluding any customs or duties charges where applicable. 
  • We reserve the right not to accept returns for Personalised items, this includes Shirts personalized with numbers, badges, players names and other names. See Personalised Goods and other Exclusions for full details.

  1. Repack your items: Return your items in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels

  3. Please obtain proof of postage: We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit and it is your responsibility to obtain Proof of Posting Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using a Recorded or Special delivery service for returning your goods. 

 

If for any reason the returns form isn’t accepting your order information please contact usplease include the following information:  

 

  • Your order number 
  • Full name 
  • Full address, including city, country and postal code  
  • Phone number 
  • Return reason: ie change of mind or size is too small 
  • SKU (you can find this on the packing slip) and items quantity:    

 

Refund process 

 

Note: the cost of postage will be deducted from the refund amount paid back to your return has been processed 

 

Once the item reaches the warehouse, it can take up to 14 working days to process the return and up to 14 working days for your refund to show on your bank statement. If after 28 working days you’ve not received a return notification / refund, please contact us, include your proof of postage and one of the Real Madrid Store Support team will be able to help.
