How Do I Exchange an Item?
To exchange items, kindly return the unwanted item(s) as per our returns policy and place a new online order.

- Return your items in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels, fill out the return form included in your order and pack this along with the item(s).
- Return Postage:
- Note: the cost of postage will be deducted from the refund amount paid back to your return has been processed.
- Postage paid: Obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels during transit. We recommend using a trackable postage option.
- International orders: Please refer to the information included with your order, if you're unsure, please contact us.

- Your order number
- Full name
- Full address, including city, country and postal code
- Phone number
- Return reason: ie change of mind or size is too small
- SKU (you can find this on the packing slip) and items quantity
How long does it take to process a return?
Once the item reaches the warehouse, it can take up to 14 working days to process the return and up to 14 working days for your refund to show on your bank statement. If after 28 working days you’ve not received a return notification/refund, please contact us, include your proof of postage and one of the Real Madrid Store Support team will be able to help.
