  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent — unused and with all tags attached. 
  • If you are exercising your legal right of withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • If you are opting for our additional returns policy, you must return the items within 31 days of receiving your order.

How Do I Exchange an Item?


To exchange items, kindly return the unwanted item(s) as per our returns policy and place a new online order.



Ready to Start a Return?


  1. Complete the online return form*:
  2. Pack your items:
    • Return your items in the same condition in which you received them: unused, with the original tags, and properly packaged.
  3. Return Postage:
    • Right of withdrawal: the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.
    • Extended return period: the original shipping cost and the cost of the provided return label will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.
  4. Return address:
    • Check the returns form included in your order, if applicable, as the return address may occasionally vary if your order was shipped from multiple locations.

Use this "Contact Us Form" and include the following information: 

  • Your order number 
  • Full name 
  • Full address, including city, country and postal code 
  • Phone number 
  • Return reason: ie change of mind or size is too small
  • SKU (you can find this on the packing slip) and items quantity



How long does it take to process a return?


Once the item arrives at the warehouse, it may take up to 8 business days to process your return; check the refund status for more information.
